dc.description	Este artículo revisa las tres vertientes manejadas desde su inicio por la Corte Constitucional colombiana para justificar el amparo del derecho a la salud y preguntarnos si «otros derechos» sin la entidad de fundamentales, pero atados al plexo de valores constitucionales como el derecho a un diagnóstico preciso, el derecho a conocer las historias clínicas y el derecho al consentimiento informado, hacen parte de las garantías del derecho a la salud o son derechos con aire propio y entidad definida constitucionalmente.	spa
dc.description.abstract	This paper reviews the three approaches adopted by the Colombian Constitutional Court to justify the protection of the right to health, and questions whether other rights that are not constitutionally defined, i.e. the right to a precise diagnosis, the right to access medical records, and the right to informed consent, also belong to the right to health or if they are distinctly different rights with a defined constitutional character.	spa
