Objective: To diagnose mental health disorders in health professionals who work in the ICUs of hospitals and university clinics in Colombia in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic. Methodology: Quantitative cross-sectional study with 382 participants, health personnel working in Intensive Care Units of hospitals and clinics during the Covid-19 Pandemic - Colombia; The Generalized Anxiety Disorder Scale (GAD-7), the Primary Care Assessment of Mental Disorders Scale (PHQ-9), and the Insomnia Severity Index Scale were used. The results were associated with sociodemographic variables and factors related to the pandemic through the epidemiological prevalence ratio measure. The Chi-Square test was used to identify possible relationships between the variables. 96% of the subjects had moderate to severe anxiety symptoms on the GAD-7, 97.6% had moderate to severe symptoms on the PHQ-9, and 34.3% had insomnia symptoms on the ISI. Depression has a positive correlation with anxiety, 98% of respondents who have severe anxiety have severe symptoms of depression, and 97% of those who suffer from severe symptoms of depression suffer from anxiety.
