| dc.description | El artículo hace una aproximación al desarrollo del hábeas data en la jurisprudencia constitucional colombiana. Se refiere a la con sideración de esta garantía como derecho fundamental, según los criterios esbozados por la propia jurisprudencia constitucional. Igual mente, trata de su delimitación con otros derechos fundamentales y los mecanismos jurídicos de protección: Se ocupa también de la eventualidad de la suspensión de esta garantía, y de sus límites en el evento de la declaración de los estados de excepción contempla dos en la Carta Política. | dc.description.abstract | The present paper presents an approach to the habeas data. development in the Colombi.an constitutional jurisprudence. It makes reference to the consideration of this guarantee as a fundamental right taking into account the criteria outlined by the constitutional jurisprudence. Also, it deals with the boundaries with other fundamental right, taking into account the criteria outlined by the constitutional jurisprudence. Also, it deals with the boundaries with other fundamental rights and the legal mechanisms of protection, It also analyzes the eventually suspension of this guarantee and its limits, where the state of emergency, provided in the Constitution, has been declared. Finally, it assesses the possible conflicts between habeas data and other constitutional fundamental rights. | eng |
