Estrategias de reintegro laboral luego de ausencias por alteraciones mentales en trabajadores - Revisión sistemática 2009 – 2019

dc.description | Introducción: El cuidado de la salud mental en los trabajadores es un tema que ha captado la atención de muchos investigadores en los últimos años, debido al aumento de diagnósticos relacionados con los factores de riesgo psicosocial a los que se ven expuestos los trabajadores. Actualmente hay pocas investigaciones que brinden información sobre metodologías de reintegro laboral de un trabajador con trastorno mental adquirida en el trabajo o fuera de él. Objetivo: Describir los protocolos o metodologías existentes para el reintegro laboral luego de ausencias provocadas por problemas de salud mental de trabajadores, con el fin de generar orientaciones que posibiliten un reintegro efectivo. Materiales y métodos: Para el desarrollo de esta revisión se utilizó la metodología PRISMA, buscando artículos científicos publicados entre 2009 - 2019 en bases de revistas indexadas como: MedLine, PubMed, LILACS, PROQUEST, Cochrane Library, enfocados a estudios de ensayos clínicos y revisiones sistemáticas en español e inglés. Resultados: 48 artículos fueron seleccionados, para establecer resultados en términos de trastornos mentales que generan ausencia laboral, identificándose 6 categorías acorde al Manual Diagnóstico y Estadístico de los Trastornos Mentales DSM-V por sus siglas en inglés, así como la descripción y eficacia de las intervenciones realizadas, evidenciando 10 intervenciones y factores facilitadores clasificados en 5 categorías que guían las orientaciones para el proceso de reintegro laboral (RL).Conclusiones: Las terapias cognitivo-conductual de forma presencial o vía online, resultan ser la mejor alternativa en el desarrollo de programas de RL de trabajadores con algún tipo de afectación mental. La psicoeducación como única intervención no resulta recomendable, sin embargo, si se evidencia su efectividad como herramienta que integra otro tipo de intervenciones. | spa |
dc.description.abstract | Introduction: Mental health care in workers is an issue that has captured the attention of many researchers in recent years, due to the increase in diagnoses related to the psychosocial risk factors to which workers are exposed. Currently, there is little research that provides information on methodologies for the reinstatement of a worker with mental disorder acquired at work or outside of it. Objective: Describe the existing protocols or methodologies for labor reimbursement after absences caused by mental health problems of workers, to generate orientations that enable an effective reimbursement. Materials and methods: For the development of this review, the PRISMA methodology was used, looking for scientific articles published between 2009 - 2019 in indexed journal bases such as: MedLine, PubMed, LILACS, PROQUEST, Cochrane Library, focused on clinical trial studies and Systematic Reviews in Spanish and English. Results: 48 articles were selected, to establish results in terms of mental disorders that generate work absence, identifying 6 categories according to the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders DSM-V for its acronym in English, as well as the description and effectiveness of interventions carried out, evidencing 10 interventions and facilitating factors classified in 5 categories that guide the guidelines for the process of labor reintegration (RL). Conclusions: Cognitive-behavioral therapies in person or online, turn out to be the best alternative in the development of RL programs of workers with some kind of mental affectation. Psychoeducation as the only intervention is not recommended, however, if its effectiveness is evidenced as a tool that integrates other types of interventions. | spa |
