dc.descriptionNos complace anunciar que, al igual que para el número 42, publicamos el número 43 en dos partes: la presente, que reúne artículos de la sección general; y la próxima, el 43 Especial, con artículos de la sección temática sobre “la ciudad intermedia, crecimiento y dinámicas de desarrollo”. Si bien, al contar de ahora en adelante solo con una versión digital de la revista, per-demos lo rico que puede tener (por lo menos para algunos de nuestros lectores) la versión impresa, también ganamos en que se agiliza y se puede ampliar el volumen de la publicación. Claro que este paso significa más trabajo editorial, de tal suerte que quiero agradecer aquí a Sarah Nieto por su compromiso con la revista y su paciencia, así como al equipo editorial de la Universidad.Este número se publica mientras Latinoamérica está padeciendo fuertemente la pandemia de Covid-19. Aunque tienen manifestaciones y temporalidades variables, esta situación sanitaria y los efectos de las medidas que se han tomado para enfrentarla evidencian más aún las desigualdades socioterritoriales, en especial en las ciudades. Numerosos trabajos, reflexiones, opiniones han sido presentados en estas últimas semanas. Esperamos que en algún momento podamos abrir el espacio de la revista para compartir algunos.spa
dc.description.abstractWe are pleased to announce that, as with issue 42, we are publishing issue 43 in two parts: this one, which brings together articles from the general section; and the next one, Special 43, with articles from the thematic section on 'the intermediate city, growth and development dynamics'. Although, from now on only having a digital version of the magazine, we lose how rich the printed version can have (at least for some of our readers), we also gain in that it is streamlined and can be expanded the volume of the publication. Of course, this step means more editorial work, in such a way that I want to thank Sarah Nieto here for her commitment to the magazine and her patience, as well as the editorial team of the University. This issue is published while Latin America is suffering strongly from the pandemic of Covid-19. Although they have variable manifestations and temporalities, this health situation and the effects of the measures that have been taken to confront it further evidence socio-territorial inequalities, especially in cities. Numerous works, reflections, opinions have been presented in recent weeks. We hope that at some point we can open the magazine space to share some.spa
