dc.descriptionObjetivos.Determinar (1) si existeacuerdoentrelasdiferentesformasdeevaluarellogroenlaadquisicióndelosobjetivosdeaprendizajesdelosestudiantes;y(2)siexisteacuerdoentrelapercepcióndelosestudiantesdeevaluarellogroenlaadquisición delosobjetivosdeaprendizajeylamotivacióndelosestudiantes Métodos. Este es un estudio de tipo corte transversal descriptivo en el que participaronestudiantesgraduadosquehubieranterminadoelplandeestudiosdelprograma de ingeniería biomédica de la Escuela de Medicina y Ciencias de la Salud de la Universidad del Rosario y La Escuela Colombiana de Ingeniería Julio Garavito (n=31) ysusempleadores.Lasvariablesdelestudiofueronelpromedioponderadodelasnotas finales de las asignaturas de los nueve semestres cursados por los estudiantes, elresultadoglobalindividualdelnúmerodelquintilobtenidoporlosestudiantesenlos exámenes de estado SABER PRO, la percepción del logro de la adquisición de los objetivosdeaprendizajesdelosestudiantesevaluadoporlosempleadoresyautoreportadoporlospropiosestudiantes,y lamotivaciónintrínsecaeextrínseca.Para determinar el nivel de acuerdo entre las variables se realizaron correlaciones bivariadasdeSpearmanrho.(p? 0,05,bilateral).Resultados.Huboacuerdoentrelapercepción de los empleadores y las notas (rPE-PN=+0.37, p? 0.01) y, entre la percepción delosempleadoresylosresultadosdelaspruebasSABERPRO(rPE-SP=+0.36, p? 0.05)., pero no hubo acuerdo entre la adquisición de los objetivos de aprendizajes de los estudiantes evaluado por los empleadores y la auto evaluación de los estudiantes(rPCE-PE=-0.14,p>0.05) Nohayacuerdoentrelapercepcióndelosestudiantesdeevaluar el logro en la adquisición de los objetivos de aprendizajes ni con la motivación MEDICIÓN DEL RENDIMIENTO UN ESTUDIO PILOTO: ¿QUÉ DICEN LOS ESTUDIANTES, LOS EMPLEADORES, LAS NOTAS, Y LAS PRUEBAS ESTATALES SOBRE LOS RESULTADOS DE APRENDIZAJE DE LOS ESTUDIANTES2 Encuentro Internacional de Educación en Ingeniería ACOFI 2017intrínseca(rPCE-MI=+0.32, p>0.05), niconlamotivaciónextrínseca(rPCE-ME=+0.24,p> 0.05). Conclusión. Los estudiantes se sienten menos capaces de lo que sus empleadores consideran. Hay acuerdo entre formas externas de evaluar el logro de la adquisicióndelosobjetivosdeaprendizaje.Noexisteevidenciaestadísticaparaafirmar que mientras los estudiantes se sientan más motivados, ellos consideran que aprenden más.spa
dc.description.abstractObjectives. Determine whether there is an agreement between (1) the different ways of assessingachievementofstudents'learningoutcomes;and(2)betweenthestudents'perception of achievement learning outcomes and students’ motivation. Methods. This isacross-sectionaldescriptivestudyinwhichgraduatestudentswhocompletedthecurriculumofthebiomedicalengineeringprogramoftheSchoolofMedicineandHealth Sciences of the Universidad del Rosario and the Colombian School of Engineering Julio Garavito (n = 31) and their employers we asked to rate the achievementofstudents'learningoutcomes.Thevariablesofthestudyweretheweightedaverageofthefinalmarksofthesubjectsoftheninesemesters,the individual overall result of the quintile number obtained by the students in the SABER PRO state tests, the perception of achievement of the acquisition of students' learning outcomes (self-reported and employers assessment), and the intrinsic and the extrinsic motivation. Spearman rho bivariate correlations were calculated to determine the level of agreement between the variables. (p?0.05, two tails). Results There was agreement between the employers 'perceptions and the students’ mark (rPE-PN=+0.37, p? 0.01) and, between the employers' perception and SABER PRO test results (rPE-SP=+0.36, p? 0.05), but there was no agreement between the acquisition of the students' learning outcomesassessedbyemployersandthestudents’ self-reported evaluation(rPCE-PE=-0.14, p> 0.05). There were not an agreement neither between the students' perception achievementinacquisitionoflearningoutcomesand the intrinsicmotivation(rPCE-MI=+0.32, p> 0.05), nor with the extrinsic motivation (rPCE-ME=+0.24,p> 0.05). Conclusion. Studentsfeellesscompetentthantheiremployers’assessment.Thereisanagreementbetweenexternalforms(SABERPROexamsandemployers)toassessthe achievement students’ learning outcomes. There is no statistical evidence to assert that as students become more motivated, they believe their learn more.spa
