Resumen
Este proyecto integrador presenta el análisis y estructuración de un modelo de negocio enfocado en el desarrollo de una experiencia turística tipo glamping, integrando herramientas de análisis del entorno, estudio de mercado, evaluación de la competencia, sostenibilidad, viabilidad financiera y estrategias de marketing. El documento consolida una propuesta orientada a generar valor mediante experiencias de alojamiento diferenciadas, alineadas con las tendencias actuales del sector turístico y el desarrollo sostenible.
Abstract
This integrative project presents the design and strategic structuring of a glamping-based tourism business model focused on generating differentiated experiences through the integration of nature, comfort, sustainability, and innovation. The study includes an analysis of the external environment and industry dynamics, evaluation of market trends, competitive analysis, and assessment of opportunities and challenges within the tourism sector. Likewise, the project develops a business proposal supported by strategic, operational, marketing, and financial components that allow the evaluation of its feasibility and growth potential. Special emphasis is placed on sustainable tourism practices, customer experience, and value creation through experiential and environmentally responsible services. The results highlight the opportunities of the glamping segment as an emerging tourism model capable of responding to changing consumer preferences and contributing to regional economic development through innovative and sustainable tourism initiatives.
