Resumen
El Centro de Servicios Empresariales y Turísticos del SENA - Regional Santander, inició en el año 2016, el plan de restauración y ampliación de su sede principal, ubicada en la ciudad de Bucaramanga, abarcando un área total de 6.600m². Su primera fase fue inaugurada en septiembre del 2020 con una inversión final de $25.800 millones de pesos, correspondiente a recursos propios. La edificación propuesta incluye área administrativa, biblioteca, coliseo, cafetería y 31 ambientes de formación, logrando beneficiar, anual y gratuitamente, a más de 20 mil aprendices del área metropolitana y de la Provincia de Soto Norte, con el objetivo de impulsar y materializar el emprendimiento del departamento. Para esta primera fase, se ejecutó el contrato de “estudios técnicos, diseño, demolición parcial, construcción y reforzamiento estructural de la infraestructura física”, obtenido por medio de licitación pública y otorgado al CONSORCIO SENA 2016, conformado por 4 participantes privados. El bloque correspondiente al COLISEO, abarca un área de 784.30m² y para su ejecución, dentro de dicho contrato, tuvo un valor de $1.659.181.492millones de pesos.
Abstract
In 2016, the SENA Business and Tourism Services Center - Santander region, began the restoration and expansion plan of its main headquarters, located in the city of Bucaramanga, covering a total area of 6,600m². Its first phase was inaugurated in September 2020 with a final investment of $25.8 billion pesos, corresponding to its own resources. The proposed building includes an administrative area, library, sports center, cafe and 31 training environments, managing to benefit, annually and free of charge, more than 20 thousand apprentices from the metropolitan area and the Province of Soto Norte, with the aim of promoting and materializing the department entrepreneurship. For this first phase, the contract for “technical studies, design, partial demolition, construction and structural reinforcement of the physical infrastructure” was executed, obtained through public bidding and awarded to the SENA 2016 CONSORTIUM, made up of 4 private participants. The block corresponding to the Sports Cener covers an area of 784.30m² and for its execution, within said contract, it had a value of $1,659,181,492 million pesos.
