| dc.description | Brasil y Colombia implementaron en los 90 diferentes sistemas de salud, a pesar de tener los mismos principios y objetivos. Aunque estas reformas siguen existiendo barreras de acceso a la asistencia sanitaria. Las barreras de acceso se pueden encontrar ya que el individuo busca atención médica, en la entrada al sistema de salud, a lo largo de la continuidad de la atención y hasta la resolución del problema de salud. No hay estudios que analicen, de manera comparativa, las barreras de acceso en estos dos modelos diferentes de sistemas de salud. El objetivo del estudio es describir y analizar, de manera comparativa, las barreras de acceso a la salud (en la búsqueda de atención, en la entrada y durante la utilización) entre los diferentes niveles de atención continua en Brasil y Colombia. | spa |
| dc.description.abstract | Brazil and Colombia implemented in the 90’s different health systems, despite having the same principles and objectives. Although these reforms access barriers to healthcare are still present. Access barriers can be found since the individual seek healthcare, at the entrance to the healthcare system, along the continuum of care and up to the resolution of the health problem. There are not studies analyzing, in a comparative way, access barriers in these two different models of health systems. The aim of the study is to describe and analyze, in a comparative way, access barriers to healthcare (in seeking care, at the entrance, and during the utilization) among different levels of continuum care in Brazil and Colombia. | spa |
