This document presents the second volume of the Atlas of Management Research in Latin America. The technique of co-citations (CC) was implemented to a sample of more than 17 000 articles indexed in the bibliographic database Scopus in the field of business, management and accounting published by authors from Latin America (LAC). The cc networks for LAC and each of the countries were modeled and visualized. Further, the networks’ density and the nodes’ betweenness as calculated. The studies with the highest betweenness, and which were not identified in the first volume of the Atlas, were related to theoretical/conceptual developments for the strengthening of the case study methodology and the theory of the firm, the resource-based perspective, accompanied by contributions related to brand value, organizational learning, and stakeholder theory. That was followed by studies on leadership, organizational culture, its relationship to strategy, and the relationship of strategy to accounting practices. It also was identified research on behavioral theory, including factors such as self-efficacy and impression management, at the organizational level, and individualism and collectivism at the national level.
