| dc.description | La cultura de innovación comprende un factor clave para la competitividad y sostenibilidad a largo plazo de las empresas. No obstante, su evaluación presenta retos debido a la diversidad de enfoques, métricas, modelos, dimensiones y factores propuestos en la literatura académica y en las herramientas de diagnóstico empleadas desde la práctica. Esta investigación tiene como propósito identificar los factores determinantes para evaluar la cultura de innovación empresarial mediante una revisión sistemática de literatura que integra estudios académicos y documentos técnicos. El análisis se orientó a la identificación de convergencias en las factores y criterios propuestos, posteriormente se organizaron estos elementos y se propuso un framework que integra tres pilares fundamentales: Liderazgo y Dirección Estratégica, Personas y Comportamiento y Capacidades Operacionales y Estructurales, con el objetivo de facilitar el diagnóstico de la cultura de innovación en el contexto empresarial. Se espera que este marco de referencia se constituya en una herramienta práctica para académicos, consultores y organizaciones interesadas en evaluar y fortalecer su cultura de innovación. | |
| dc.description.abstract | Innovation culture is a key factor for the long-term competitiveness and sustainability of companies. However, its evaluation presents challenges due to the diversity of approaches, metrics, models, dimensions, and factors proposed in academic literature and diagnostic tools used in practice. This research aims to identify the determining factors for evaluating corporate innovation culture through a systematic literature review that integrates academic studies and technical documents. The analysis focused on identifying convergences in the proposed factors and criteria. Subsequently, these elements were organized, and a framework was proposed that integrates three fundamental pillars: Leadership and Strategic Management, People and Behavior, and Operational and Structural Capabilities. The objective is to facilitate the diagnosis of innovation culture within the business context. It is hoped that this framework will become a practical tool for academics, consultants, and organizations interested in evaluating and strengthening their innovation culture. | |
