¿Y el TDAH donde quedó? : trayectorias de vida adultos con diagnostico dual

| dc.description | Introducción: El trastorno de déficit de atención e hiperactividad ha demostrado que en un 50% de la población que lo padece los síntomas persisten en la edad adulta, causando grandes dificultades a nivel funcional y de la calidad de vida de los pacientes. Asociado a esto con el auge de la patología dual se ha visto como existe una asociación entre el consumo de sustancias psicoactivas y este diagnóstico. Metodología y materiales: Mediante análisis de narrativas en el que se aborda los relatos biográficos de adultos consumidores de sustancias psicoactivas en quienes coexiste un diagnóstico de trastorno por déficit de atención hiperactividad. Se llevará a cabo haciendo énfasis en tres puntos claves de las trayectorias de vida de estos pacientes: los patrones atribuibles, la construcción del diagnóstico en diferentes áreas de la vida y la asociación de síntomas al consumo de sustancias, esto a través de la teoría de las representaciones. Se realizaron entrevistas estructuradas, que fueron grabadas y transcritas para su posterior análisis a través de categorías descriptivas. Resultados: Se evidencio que el desconocimiento del diagnóstico de TDAH, es un factor común a la mayoría de participantes así como las dificultades académicas. Estos resultados no son generalizables debido al modelo cualitativo y tamaño de la muestra. Discusión: Existe una gran dificultad expresada a través de la teoría de las representaciones, basada en la pobre conceptualizaron del diagnóstico de TDAH en los pacientes. | spa |
| dc.description.abstract | Introduction: It has been found that 50% of the population with Attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder present symptoms during their adult ages, causing difficulties at functional level and in their life quality. This associated with dual pathology has shown an existing relation between the use of psychoactive substances and adult Attention-deficit hyperactivity. Method and materials: A narrative analysis where drug users diagnosed with Attention-deficit hyperactivity talk about their biography emphasizing in three important aspects behind their life decisions like: attributable patterns, diagnosis construction in different life areas and the association of substances use using the theory of representations. Different interviews where done, recorded and transcript for later analysis. Results: Was observed that de unknown of Attention-deficit hyperactivity diagnose, and the low academic performance are common factors. This results can´t be generalized due to the sample size and the qualitative model. Discussion: Difficulties exist expressed through the theory of the representations based in the pour conception of the Attention-deficit hyperactivity diagnosis in patients. | spa |
