dc.description | El presente artículo busca describir el contexto social del conflicto palestino israelí, con el propósito de analizar las motivaciones de las mujeres palestinas para participar en los ataques suicidas, perpetrados en la segunda intifada, a manos de la Yihad Islámica Palestina y las Brigadas de Ezzeldin Al-Qassam. Para tal fin, se examinó el discurso religioso y se hizo una lectura a dicho fenómeno desde el feminismo islámico para dar un indicio del porqué de estos actos. Se concluirá que los ataques suicidas son multi-causales y, en ocasiones, las razones de hombres y mujeres son similares. Sin embargo, con estas acciones, las mujeres han modificado su rol en la sociedad apelando al Islam como un elemento reivindicador de este accionar. | spa |
dc.description.abstract | This article aimed to describe the social context of the Israeli Palestinian conflict, with the purpose of analyze the motivations of Palestinian women to participate in suicide attacks in the second intifada at the hands of the Palestinian Islamic Jihad and the Izz Ad-Din Al-Qassam Brigades. To this end, it was examined the religious speech and since the point of view of islamic feminism the phenomen was analized to understand why the attacks. It will conclude that suicide attacks are multicausal, and sometimes the reasons for men and women are similar, however with these actions the women have changed their role in society appealing to Islam as an element of this action. | eng |
