Resumen
En el presente estudio de caso se expondrá la problemática del incremento de las emisiones de efecto invernadero y su relación con la empresa Eléctricos, Ingeniería y Servicios SAS, analizando la demanda energética que tiene y, de esa manera, brindar una estrategia sugerida para enfrentar dicha problemática. Para esto, es indispensable innovar el campo industrial de una manera en la que genere valor al ambiente y también, tener como referencia el historial de implementación de ODS y su evolución al actual. Para ello se tiene en cuenta las acciones que tiene la empresa actualmente enfocándonos en estos aspectos: Intencionalidad, ambición, consistencia, colaboración y responsabilidad. Como resultado, se plantea un plan de acción donde se desarrollan los aspectos a que tienen una que permite mostrar los puntos claves a tratar para desarrollar una mejora continua para la sostenibilidad de la empresa teniendo como ejes centrales los objetivos de desarrollo sostenible 7, 8, 9 y 13 dado por parte de la ONU. En dicho plan de acción se incluye la implementación de nuevos sistemas de gestión tales como el Sistema de Administración de Mantenimiento Moderno (SAMM), representando una oportunidad para mejorar la eficiencia operativa y la calidad del servicio de EIS sin dejar de lado los desafíos asociados con la integración del sistema en la operación actual, todo con el fin de asegurar una transición fluida y efectiva que abarque a su vez las necesidades y expectativas de los empleados en términos de desarrollo profesional y crecimiento personal cumpliendo con el compromiso presente en las ODS abarcadas en el sistema.
Abstract
This case study will present the problem of the increase in greenhouse gas emissions and its relation to the company Eléctricos, Ingeniería y Servicios SAS, analyzing the energy demand it has and, thus, providing a suggested strategy to address this problem. For this, it is essential to innovate the industrial field in a way that generates value to the environment and also, to have as a reference the history of implementation of ODS and its evolution to the current one. To this end, the company's current actions are taken into account, focusing on these aspects: Intentionality, ambition, consistency, collaboration and responsibility. As a result, an action plan is proposed where the aspects that have one are developed that allows to show the key points to be addressed to develop a continuous improvement for the sustainability of the company having as central axes the sustainable development goals 7, 8, 9 and 13 given by the UN. This action plan includes the implementation of new management systems such as the Modern Maintenance Management System (SAMM), representing an opportunity to improve the operational efficiency and quality of the EIS service without neglecting the challenges associated with the integration of the system into the current operation, all in order to ensure a smooth and effective transition that meets the needs and expectations of employees in terms of professional development and personal growth in compliance with the commitment present in the SDGs covered by the system.
