Huella territorial del hidroextractivismo en México: análisis territorial y genético estructural sobre el conflicto socioambiental por el Proyecto Integral Morelos

dc.descriptionLas prácticas extractivistas han creado riesgos ambientales y sanitarios en México. Esta inves­tigación abordó el problema del conflicto socioambiental generado por las megainfraestructu­ras del Proyecto Integral Morelos (pim). Se realizó un estudio territorial de tipo exploratorio, genético-estructural e histórico soportado en fuentes de información primarias y secundarias. Los resultados obtenidos fueron: reconstrucción histórica y cronológica de la producción social del conflicto por el agua en Morelos generada por las prácticas agroextractivistas vinculadas al pim; identificación de las afectaciones socioambientales actuales y latentes de las actividades y procesos socioeconómicos y político-administrativos por la extracción intensiva de agua en Morelos, y se identificó a los actores y las relaciones de poder que se entretejieron en el marco del pim. En conclusión, el estudio demostró cómo el pim se caracteriza por la extracción y contaminación intensiva de los recursos hídricos de Morelos.spa
dc.description.abstractExtractivist practices have created environmental and health risks in Mexico. This research ad­dressed the socio-environmental conflict generated by the mega-infrastructure of the Morelos Integral Project (mip). The research carried out an exploratory, genetic-structural, and histori­cal territorial study supported by primary and secondary sources of information. The results obtained are a historical and chronological reconstruction of the social production of the water conflict in Morelos generated by hydro extractivist practices linked to the mip, identification of the current and latent socio-environmental effects of socio-economic and political-admin­istrative activities and processes due to intensive water extraction in Morelos. In addition, the actors and the power relations intertwined within the framework of the mip were identified. In conclusion, the study demonstrated how the intensive extraction and contamination of the water resources of Morelos characterize the mip.eng
