Resumen
El proyecto busca implementar un modelo de gestión empresarial adaptado a las necesidades de la Corporación Gata Muykyta Teatro. Esta organización cultural, dedicada a la promoción y desarrollo del teatro, enfrenta desafíos de sostenibilidad y gestión eficiente. La propuesta incluye la formulación de estrategias que fortalezcan su estructura organizativa, financiera y operativa, garantizando su continuidad y expansión a largo plazo.
Abstract
The thesis titled "Implementation of a Business Management Model for the Gata Muykyta Teatro Corporation" aims to develop a management model that addresses the challenges identified within this corporation, which, after two years of operation, has faced significant difficulties due to inadequate managerial practices. These challenges have negatively impacted key areas such as personnel management, production, and the promotion of cultural offerings, thereby jeopardizing the organization's sustainability and continuity. The project proposes a management model based on the Business Model Canvas and organizational efficiency strategies that seek to optimize internal processes, improve productivity, and respond more effectively to market needs. This model is intended not only to improve short-term operations but also to establish a solid foundation for long-term growth and innovation, thereby contributing to social and cultural change in the community of Sogamoso, Boyacá, Colombia. The approach is oriented toward creating a business management model that enables Gata Muykyta Teatro to better adapt to changes, increase its efficiency and sustainability, and ensure its positive impact on society.
