Resumen
Desarrollar e implementar un plan integral de internacionalización que permita a Rayas y Pintas establecerse en un mercado extranjero de manera eficiente, a través de un diagnóstico estratégico de mercados, un análisis financiero, nuevas alianzas estratégicas y una adaptación de sus productos y servicios, que permita, aumentar las ventas, disminuir costos, consolidar el proceso de producción y hacer distribuciones más eficientes de la ropa para bebé.
Abstract
Rayas y pintas is a company belonging to the textile industry sector, whose objective is the manufacture, creation and design of garments for babies and children for cold weather. It was born in 1995 in a workshop, as a family business. The founder, whose profession is a fashion designer, saw an opportunity in the market to create her company with quality products at fair prices, since at that time there were many poor quality textile products for babies at high prices. Rayas y Pintas also manufactured superior garments for women and men, however, as time went by and the company grew, they focused on manufacturing only baby and children's clothing. One of the important aspects for the company and why it has been a benchmark in the industry and its customers, is to have a quality control with high standards and a highly qualified staff in each process and detail.
