Resumen
El proyecto “CONSTRUCCIÓN DE 128 VIVIENDAS DE INTERÉS SOCIAL EN EL MUNICIPIO DE VILLANUEVA CASANARE” busca mejorar las condiciones de habitabilidad en los hogares urbanos del municipio y el CONSORCIO GARCERO 2024 tiene como finalidad satisfacer dicha necesidad. El proyecto implica la construcción de 128 viviendas de interés social en el municipio de Villanueva- Casanare, cada una con un área construida de 97.50m2 con la siguiente distribución arquitectónica: (1) una sala, (1) un comedor, (1) una cocina, (1) un patio de ropas, (2) dos habitaciones, (1) un baño y (1) una zona de parqueo; además, incluyendo zonas de urbanismo y alumbrado público.
Abstract
The project "CONSTRUCTION OF 128 SOCIAL INTEREST HOUSING UNITS IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF VILLANUEVA CASANARE" seeks to improve the living conditions of urban homes in the municipality and the GARCERO 2024 CONSORTIUM aims to meet this need. The project involves the construction of 128 social interest housing units in the municipality of Villanueva-Casanare, each with a constructed area of 97.50m2 with the following architectural layout: (1) a living room, (1) a dining room, (1) a kitchen, (1) a laundry room, (2) two bedrooms, (1) a bathroom and (1) a parking area; in addition, including urban planning and public lighting areas.
