| dc.description | La cuarta edición del informe "Inteligencia Artificial: a la vanguardia de las tendencias internacionales en bibliotecas académicas", analiza la Inteligencia Artificial y su impacto transversal en la educación superior y las bibliotecas académicas, desde una perspectiva global y latinoamericana. El informe está dividido en tres grandes bloques, en los cuales se aborda el marco general para entender los retos y oportunidades que plantea la IA, su impacto en la educación superior y las implicaciones que trae para las bibliotecas académicas. Esta mirada se complementa con un cuarto capítulo, en el cual se presentan los avances concretos, relacionados con la implementación de la IA, en el Centro de Recursos para el Aprendizaje y la Investigación (CRAI) de la Universidad del Rosario. Con esta estructura, el documento busca no solo describir el estado actual de la inteligencia artificial, sino también ofrecer criterios de acción y reflexión para universidades y bibliotecas que enfrentan el desafío de integrar la IA de forma ética, responsable y sostenible en sus misiones académicas. | |
| dc.description.abstract | The fourth edition of the report, "Artificial Intelligence: at the forefront of international trends in academic libraries", analyzes Artificial Intelligence and its cross-cutting impact on higher education and academic libraries from a global and Latin American perspective. The report is divided into three main sections, which address the general framework for understanding the challenges and opportunities posed by AI, its impact on higher education, and the implications it holds for academic libraries. This overview is complemented by a fourth chapter, which presents concrete advancements related to AI implementation at the Center for Learning and Research Resources (CRAI) of the Universidad del Rosario. With this structure, the document seeks not only to describe the current state of artificial intelligence but also to offer criteria for action and reflection for universities and libraries facing the challenge of integrating AI ethically, responsibly, and sustainably into their academic missions. | |
