Resumen
La Clínica de Derecho Internacional (CJI) se realiza anualmente en alianza con la Oficina de Defensoría Pública para las Víctimas (OPCV) de la Corte Penal Internacional (CPI) y el Instituto Iberoamericano de La Haya para la Paz, los Derechos Humanos y la Justicia Internacional (IIH). Durante un año, los miembros de la CJI realizan una capacitación intensiva y forman un grupo de investigación dedicado a responder a uno o varias cuestiones jurídicas planteadas por la OPCV. Una vez finalizado el trabajo de investigación, los resultados se traducen al inglés y se incluyen en un informe que se envía y presenta oralmente a los miembros de la OPCV en La Haya (Países Bajos).
Abstract
The International Law Clinic (ILC) is held annually in collaboration with the Office of Public Counsel for Victims (OPCV) of the International Criminal Court (ICC) and the Ibero-American Institute of The Hague for Peace, Human Rights and International Justice (IIH). Over a year the members of the ILC undertake intensive training and form a research group, which is devoted to responding to one or several legal problems raised by the OPCV. Once the research work is finished, the results are translated into English and included in a report that is sent and presented orally to the OPCV in The Hague (The Netherlands).
