dc.descriptionEl objetivo de este trabajo es determinar los fundamentos y características básicos del campo de la 4RI y sus principales implicaciones para las organizaciones y la sociedad contemporánea. Haciendo una revisión sistemática de 681 documentos indexados en las bases Scopus y Web of Science (WoS), este texto proporciona una visión general de la producción científica al respecto. Los resultados muestran que este campo está en pleno desarrollo, en particular entre 2016 y 2019, que tiene un importante sesgo técnico, que plantea implicaciones profundas para la sociedad contemporánea y que deja de lado aspectos esenciales que las ciencias sociales pueden abordar.spa
dc.description.abstractThe aim of this paper is to determine the fundamentals and basic characteristics of the 4IR field and its main implications for organizations and contemporary society. Making a systematic review of 681 documents indexed in Scopus and Web of Science (WoS) databases, this article provides an overview of scientific production in this regard. The results show that this field is in full development, particularly between 2016 and 2019, has an important technical bias, poses profound consequences for contemporary society and leaves aside essential aspects that the social sciences can address.spa
