Resumen
Desde la Fundación OREKA (Organización creada en el marco del emprendimiento de María Camila Rubio Y Mauricio Canal, actualmente en proceso de consolidación ante la ley) se ha concebido la prestación de un servicio mediante el desarrollo del modelo denominado KINISI. La misión es aportar a la construcción y puesta en marcha de proyectos sostenibles y de alto impacto, para generar cambios positivos, fortalecer habilidades y construir capacidades tanto niños/niñas, adolescentes como de sus familias y comunidades. Mediante esto se busca prevenir violencias y delitos generando entornos de convivencia y autoprotección. Kinisi garantiza cambio, no solo en la forma de pensar, sino en la forma de ejecutar. En términos de diferenciación, Kinisi se caracteriza por generar ecosistemas, logrando un trabajo cercano tanto con los actores que impactan los proyectos, como con los actores a los que los proyectos impactan y llevando a desarrollar victorias tempranas, medibles, sostenibles y escalables. Kinisi es un marco de trabajo que une los mejores elementos de Design Thinking, Scrum y SIT, metodologías probadas a nivel mundial, que, al unirse, crean realidades antes difíciles de imaginar. De Design Thinking, selecciona la empatía e ideación, haciendo uso de distintas herramientas para encontrar dolores y generar soluciones. De SIT, la premisa de trabajar con lo que se tiene en el mundo cerrado, encontrando los insumos necesarios sin tener que pensar fuera de la caja. Finalmente, de SCRUM, el generar iteraciones que agreguen valor constante, mediante sprints o ciclos, donde el mínimo producto viable siempre será la clave para alcanzar resultados o victorias tempranas. Este marco de trabajo se ha fortalecido con proyectos de intervención social que tienen hitos en el contexto internacional y que fortalecen aún más el marco conceptual de KINISI alrededor de la creación de ecosistemas que hagan sostenibles proyectos/intervenciones sociales. Es importante mencionar que, al ser un Marco de Trabajo o Framework, los pasos no son lineales, lo que quiere decir que se puede construir hacia adelante o hacia atrás, siempre viendo avances en el proceso. Al ser un modelo ágil, se aclara que siempre habrá aprendizajes gracias a la prueba y error, generando mejoras significativas para asegurar la satisfacción de la necesidad específica encontrada.
Abstract
The OREKA Foundation (Organization created within the framework of the enterprise built by María Camila Rubio and Mauricio Canal, currently in the process of consolidation) has conceived the provision of a service through the development of the model called KINISI. The mission is to contribute to the construction and start-up of sustainable and high-impact projects, to generate positive changes, strengthen skills and build capacities for children, adolescents and their families and communities. Through this, it seeks to prevent violence and crime by generating environments of coexistence and self-protection. Kinisi guarantees change, not only in the way of thinking, but in the way of executing. In terms of differentiation, Kinisi is characterized by generating ecosystems, achieving close work both with the actors that impact the projects, and with the actors that the projects impact, and leading to early, measurable, sustainable, and scalable victories. Kinisi is a framework that unites the best elements of Design Thinking, Scrum and SIT, methodologies proven worldwide, which, when united, create realities that were previously difficult to imagine. From Design Thinking, he selects empathy and ideation, making use of different tools to find pain and generate solutions. From SIT, the premise of working with what you have in the closed world, finding the necessary inputs without having to think outside the box. Finally, from SCRUM, generating iterations that add constant value, through sprints or cycles, where the minimum viable product will always be the key to achieving early results or victories. This framework has been strengthened with social intervention projects that have milestones in the international context and that further strengthen the conceptual framework of KINISI around the creation of ecosystems that make social projects/interventions sustainable. It is important to mention that, being a Framework, the steps are not linear, which means that it can be built forward or backward, always seeing progress in the process. Being an agile model, it is clear that there will always be learning thanks to trial and error, generating significant improvements to ensure the satisfaction of the specific need found.
